The CareerCubator is a structured yet personalized program designed for recent high school graduates, current college students, or recent grads within three years of graduation. 1. Initial Inquiry & Assessment – Participants complete a career assessment detailing their skills, experiences, career goals, and job search challenges.
2. Consultation – A one-on-one consultation with a Cubator career strategist to define professional aspirations and build an action plan.
3. Curriculum & Resources – Depending on the selected service level, participants receive:
   • Mini-presentations on topics such as resume optimization, personal branding, networking, and salary negotiation.
   • Tailored career development exercises to enhance professional skills and confidence.
   • Real-world scenarios and case studies for industry-specific job market preparation.
