Who we are
Cubator began with a simple goal: to expand access to college application resources for students in Atlanta. But we quickly realized that long-term success—in school, work, and leadership—depends on the quality of programs and support systems youth engage with over time.
Since 2023, Cubator has evolved into a national initiative that partners with leading nonprofits, schools, and social enterprises to design and launch innovative career readiness programs. We provide high-impact curriculum, training, and strategy support that equips organizations to better serve youth and emerging professionals. Our work accelerates economic development in under-resourced communities and strengthens the professional development of tomorrow’s leaders.
Our VISION
We envision a world where every young person has access to the tools, support, and opportunities they need to reach their full potential. By 2030, Cubator is committed to empowering over 50,000 youth and young adults to:
- Gain admission to college through personalized, actionable plans aligned to their strengths and aspirations
- Build career confidence and readiness with targeted professional development experiences
- Explore entrepreneurship through immersive, hands-on learning that nurtures innovation and leadership
Through inclusive programming, strategic partnerships, and measurable outcomes, we aim to transform lives—and communities—one student at a time.
Our Impact
Cubator has proudly supported 25+ social enterprises and 5+ higher education institutions through customized curriculum development, program design, and strategic support. Our work has reached 350+ students across the United States—equipping them with the skills, tools, and confidence to thrive in college, careers, and entrepreneurship.
